Morning walk

Tor came to musical meditation with me tonight. It is not something you bring kids to. But he just sat, listened and then slept. Good boy.

This kid eats it all this week: stir fry soba noodles, veg/tofu lasagna, spicy coconut butternut squash chili. Bring it on.
